The hotel staff was very hospitable and nice when we checked in and our bellman was very helpful explaining the room and amenities. It’s quite a ways from LHR, but would definitely stay again."

"If you prefer nature and history, this location is perfect. Upon arrival it was a short walk from Paddington Station when travelling from Heathrow. Directly across the road from Hyde Park and a short walk to Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, and Diana’s memorial. Having a tube station directly underneath the hotel was perfect for the novice London visitor. The concierge, bellhops, hospitality desk, room service, and housekeeping was attentive to every details and very helpful in a timely...

"The standard worked out amazing. Location was great for getting on the tube and seeing all the London sights and the evenings in Deicmo were awesome. Mike and Max were amazing at the bar, and the food was great. Rooms were clean and very well appointed. Will stay again next time in London "
