While the location was convenient, the property was run down and the room ridiculously small. Door hit the bed, no iron, bed uncomfortable, shower not working correctly and was not worth the nightly charge. I stayed six nights and was anxious to leave. But again, location was only redeeming quality. I don’t know how the star rating is accurate. It should be a two star at most.
Lobby & public areas were unique & and impressive. Room was vey small. Had only 1 ft. Space between bed and wall on one side. Bath was microscopic. Buffet breakfast was extra. I asked if I could try it out before paying in advance for 14 nights. Price by the day was quoted @24 pounds vs. 12 pounds in advance. Strong arm tactics. No refunds allowed. Room was not cleaned or towels & TP replaced for several days dispite complaints. Not a 1st class management.

The room was very smalland there were no chairs to sit in.
A beautiful hotel in an excellent location all whilst being very well priced. However confused at the lack of shower curtain meaning the floor gets sodden every time you shower.
Lovely hotel in a great area. Walking distance to many sites and easy to access underground also. Great service!

The hotel was in a convenient location for the tube and access to the wide open spaces of Kensington Gardens park.
It was clean and well maintained.
The Club Room we were given was very compact, with a very small shower room barely 5 ft square.
It wasn't what we expected for over £200 a night Inc breakfast. I wouldn't stay there again and only booked it a few days before so not much choice.
Breakfast was reasonable choice and quality but it was a shame the staff could barely smile or engage with guests.
