Amazing hotel. The staff are amazing and the location is just excellent. The valet parking is well worth it too!

We recently stayed here during a 6 day visit to London. It is in a perfect location, very close to two tube stations and very walkable to dining and many attractions. Our Expedia VIP status got us the free breakfast buffet daily. The staff was very helpful, and also let us check in early.

VERY well located property (few blocks to 2 different stations on the Piccadilly line), staff was kind and attentive. Bathroom tough for two people but we figured it out. Bed was very good but room needs updating in terms of electrical outlets (nothing by the bed). Breakfast food was good but exceptionally slow (they took it off my bill). Reasonable price so I would say it’s a yes for me.
