"this is a brand new hotel, everything are in mind condition.. beautiful space beautiful decor and very simple and minimalistic .. hotel is in a great location 1 block from 5th ave and 1 block from the ocean and the famous mamitas beach club.. staff was excellent , breakfast was good with some good choices .. pool is on the roof and has amazing views .. this is a small hotel maybe 30 rooms but exactly what you need if you are visiting g playa del carmen.. "

"The room was new and spacious. Unfortunately, there was no power in the kitchen, which was very inconvenient. There was not a heated jacuzzi but the rooftop pool was beautiful. The staff was friendly, especially Javier. The underground parking was wonderful. There are some necessary improvements in this brand new hotel but it was overall a pleasant stay. "

"Phenomenal hotel . The staff is hands down the best. I was able to check in early. The plunge pool with the room is a nice touch. The breakfast included with the stay is a must. I had eggs with ham, toast, fruit and granola with yogurt: The pool with the rainfall waterfall is sophisticated. The property and rooms were like the photos listed online. It’s jungle-ly vibe but not too secluded. "

"Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. "
