"this is a brand new hotel, everything are in mind condition.. beautiful space beautiful decor and very simple and minimalistic .. hotel is in a great location 1 block from 5th ave and 1 block from the ocean and the famous mamitas beach club.. staff was excellent , breakfast was good with some good choices .. pool is on the roof and has amazing views .. this is a small hotel maybe 30 rooms but exactly what you need if you are visiting g playa del carmen.. The staff was friendly, especially Javier. The underground parking was wonderful. There are some necessary improvements in this brand new hotel but it was overall a pleasant stay. "

"Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. "
