"My husband and I travelled to Catalonia Royal Tulum to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the hotel certainly didn’t disappoint! We stayed in a Privileged Junior Suite, which was spotlessly clean, well maintained and conveniently located close to the pool area. From the moment we arrived, we found every member of staff we encountered to be friendly, polite and incredibly helpful. A special mention has to go to Angeles and Quetzabel at La Palapa Restaurant. They greeted us by name every day with such warm smiles, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. The entertainment team were also fantastic. They were full of energy throughout the day, organising activities such as pool aerobics and pool volleyball. Everyone was invited to join in, but there was absolutely no pressure if you preferred to simply relax by the pool — which was a great balance. We also really enjoyed the evening entertainment at Rauxa, which was a lovely way to spend our evenings. The breakfast and lunch buffets offered a good variety of food, with plenty of choice for everyone. The food in the à la carte restaurants was a little hit and miss at times, but overall we enjoyed our meals. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and felt very well looked after. It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary, and I would definitely return! ❤️"

Very clean, great Staff, we had our own swim up pool, Food, 80% excellent, but at the buffets they use a lot of can sauces Drinks, beer always good, but the Cocktails were not made with natural ingredients, they use a lot of artificial syrups Restaurants; very good! excellent service and the food great! The bar and restaurant by the beach, not that great! Food and drinks really bad (I just wish the time share people/marketing wouldn't bug people the way they do) We probably stay there again,"
