"I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at Grand Sirenis. The staff were incredible. They keep the resort spotless, were extremely friendly, and just very helpful and attentive. Adan went especially above and beyond. When my husband was trying to find a specific peso for his collection, he tracked one down and sought out my husband to share. We were shocked. The entertainers were also amazing. Different shows every night and the quality left me speechless. The pools and lazy river were clean and the pool entertainments made each day fun. My kids had a blast and we definitely hope to return again. "

"Very large property with multiple resorts. Good on property transportation with cart trains running regularly. Amazing, friendly staff. Clean and well maintained grounds. Pools seemed clean and well maintained. Buffet not great with mislabeled dishes and repetitive choices. Often out of stock. Limited gluten free options for celiac daughter. Buffet closed from 3:30-6 with very limited options at other snack bar locations, also often out of stock."

"Pools were nice and ambience was excellent! Food was amazing as the selection changed from day to day. Staff was very professional however the Barceló concerge could be pushy at times with special rates and discounts. All in all i would bring my family back again. "

"Staff ard location were amazing but the property is extremely outdated and the food overall was below average. Small buffet with the exact same items for breakfast lunch and dinner. Long waits for sit down restaurants but food was a little better. We likely would not stay at this property again but would stay in the area. "
