"Rooms were clean but dated, drinks were watered down, food choices were limited and quality was quite poor. A la carte's were fully booked and could not secure a reservation. Front desk staff were no help. No direct access to the beach only by shuttle and the quality of the beach was bad. Short shoreline, sea weed everywhere with little to no maintenance, waves were rough in this area."

"Our family just returned from an incredible stay at this all-inclusive resort in Mexico, and it was easily one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had.
