Mexico and Central America Golf Holidays

Pros:The staff was super nice and friendly, everyone always had a smile and were always helpful and courteous and the rooms were always very clean. If I can recommend a restaurant, Casa de Rosa (Mexican restaurant) was by bar the best one…if you like spicy try the SHRIMP RED "AGUACHILE“. Cons: I felt like I was at a low budget resort. As someone that enjoys a nice resort this one fell a bit short. I booked it because in comparison to other resorts like Dreams, it had 9/excellent rating, but the property is super small, my biggest issue was how small the main pool was. The food was just ok. The Italian restaurant was a total disappointment considering I saw a review that it reminded them of Tuscany…couldn’t have been Italy because I’ve had better Italian food in New Jersey. If you have it in your budget, stay at their sister hotel, Hyatt Ziva…we went for a tour while we were there and regretted not spending more to stay there.

Very friendly and pleasant staff. Good food selections from various restaurants but not much entertainment available at night (maybe due to the FIFA World Cup). Rooms are clean but can use some renovation particularly sliding g doors to the balcony as it often off the track and keeps on coming off. Overall a positive experience.
