I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property itself is beautiful, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff—especially the management team. A special shout-out to Carson at the Preferred Club (24th floor), who went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Carson was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive, making me feel truly welcomed and cared for.
Thanks to the outstanding service and warm hospitality, this has become one of my favorite places to stay. Highly recommended!
