Mexico Luxury Holidays

It has a nice beach, but the food is not good, the employees are not friendly. You can't make reservations at restaurants. They tell you that at 9:00am when you want to book it says that there is no more availability We stayed 4 nights and we couldn't have dinner at the restaurants you need to book.

Don’t be fooled by the marketing! They advertise 6–7 restaurants, but in reality, only ONE restaurant is open each day. Despite paying a premium price for an all-inclusive resort, they constantly pressure guests to spend more money. Want access to better restaurants? Expect to pay an additional $100–$300 per night. They also try to sell you overpriced bottles of wine for $300–$400, and if you don’t buy anything extra, you are treated like a second-class guest. On top of that, they waste your vacation time trying to sell you other hotels and expensive packages. The activities and entertainment are extremely disappointing, and the entire resort experience feels basic and overpriced. This was one of my most disappointing hotel experiences. If you're looking for a luxury vacation with great food, entertainment, and excellent service, LOOK ELSEWHERE! In my opinion, this resort is absolutely NOT worth the money. I would NEVER recommend it!
