Great staff, and very helpful throughout our entire stay!

Spotless room. Great room service

The staff stood out. We have David at security, Wilson in the restaurants Henry and Luis at the pool went beyond just service. Rooms were great and beach and food was fantastic..what they need to do is stop saving spots for returning guests all pool chairs are reserved for them so new guests will never get a chair there unless you get up a 6 to get the few that are not taken…build them their own pool if this is that important to do.

I consider my review to be as objective as possible, as I am an experienced traveler. What can I say about the hotel? If you are looking for peace, privacy, decent à la carte food (no buffet), and wonderful, attentive staff, then this hotel is definitely for you. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and surrounded by lush greenery. You literally live in the middle of the jungle — among palm trees, vines, and many interesting animals that do not disturb you at all, so there is no need to be afraid. Yes, there is a pond with crocodiles on the property, but during our 10-day stay we saw a crocodile only once. Rather than being a downside, it adds a sense of exotic adventure and variety to the experience. As for the downsides: if you have mobility issues, a disability, or are traveling with elderly people, you should carefully consider whether this hotel is suitable for you. The hotel is not equipped with ramps. To access one of the restaurants for dinner, you must climb three flights of stairs — there is no elevator or alternative access. The restaurant is located on the second floor. The same applies to access to the beach and the swimming pool, both of which require using stairs. This was quite challenging for my husband (who uses a walker) and for my elderly parents. That said, the staff are very kind and helpful and will assist whenever possible. Pools were cold this week due to weather. Staff is amazing, rooms are a little out dated but very clean and comfortable, the buffet breakfast is very good and the staff are top notch!

Room: Very clean. Our room gets cleaned and tidied everyday. I didn't get their names but we are in room 2601. Staff: Amazing! Viri from daily activities, amazing. Antonio from pool bar, amazing! Would be nice to have a better nightly entertainment. Pool: would be nice to have a hot tub. It was a great experience overall!! I have no regrets booking this place. Although you may want to reconsider the free tours you offer your guests. We were forgotten, claiming the driver had a minor accident. Although when we complained to the driver of another group, miraculously our pick up was just 5 minutes away. We waited for more than an hour for our ride back to the hotel.

This is the perfect location for the guest that want to go to Cozumel and go out in Playa Del Carmen. The staff and amenities are outstanding!
