All of the workers are nice. Antonio our concierge was awesome! I only put 3 stars for area around the hotel. There is nothing to do around the hotel without leaving the premises. All inclusive is useless. They only have 2 restaurants to choose from. This is definitely a laid back non party place! I would go back. The villa with kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms was the main reason I stayed there.

It was a very family-friendly resort. The rooms were spacious and clean and the views are beautiful. You also had access to another close by resort which was amazing. The only thing I did not like was that there were not many activities, especially in the evening, so at times it got boring.

Beautiful property with great customer service. Fernando our server at the beach was amazing. We were a party of 6 with lots of drink and food orders. He provided exceptional service. Alberto in the breakfast dining area was wonderful as well and helped us make a reservation for dinner. The staff in the spa were equally as wonderful and Estephania, my masseuse, gave me the best massage experience I've ever had.
Wonderful place to stay filled with great staff! Hope to return soon!
