The property is so well taken care of the beautiful flowers are always blooming. The pools are clean and the bathrooms are kept clean. The swim up bar was not available because they had to repair but it was fine we didn’t miss it too much. The staff is always friendly and helpful!

We loved hanging out in the pool area, eating tacos from the outside grill or the lunch buffet and stopping by the outdoor bar from time to time. They always have something going on and you can go to the Santa Fe and do the wsterslides if yiu have kids.

We loved our walk-in pool off the room, spent most of our time there. Excellent staff everywhere. Loved not having to make reservations for supper. The buffet was excellent as well, we could have skipped the steakhouse, can’t compare to Canadian beef. They also make great pizza.

I liked everything really, had a good time in the pool, the people were very nice and the the rooms clean, beds very comfortable not many events but for us it was okay, had trouble with the Aereomexico Airlines left us in another terminal by the time we got to the right terminal the connection flight left without us and resulting delay of 4 hours and our transfer to the hotel also left us at 10:00 PM at night we have to pay a taxi thank God was one available at the time of night we have to pay it our self, the transfer was included with the hotel price
