"Definitely over priced. The location is very good, right in the middle of the city but in a quieter area. In spite of what other travellers are saying I did not find the property loud. If it would be cheaper I would give it full marks, but sincerely it is not on the level of a boutique hotel. "

Cabo is a party city with lots of party people. Great for scuba and snorkeling but the local entertainment can get tiring. Plenty of places to stay off the beaten path if that's not for you!

Beautiful and peaceful resort town, no need to exchange into Pesos. Rip tide is dangerous, be very careful.The only drawback is it is much more expensive than Puerto Vallarta bc a lot of Americans here and it's only a 2 hrs flight from LAX.

Cabo is nice but roads are a bit run down. Taxis monopolize transportation and rip you off. Uber is a much better option but hotels won't give them access so need to walk outside of the premises to get picked up.

Pay in pesos. Watch out for suggest tip percentages-. Most are calculated AFTER TAX- so you be tipping on the tax portion of your bill. Cash is king; credit cards accepted, but not welcome. American Express accepted in only a few restaurants.

Overall, it's a nice and fun place for vacation but the food is a bit pricey. I wish people keep the beach and ocean clean as some people would just leave the empty bottles/cans/plastic bag.

Be aware of hidden fees on your food and drink, like a lot of places they slip a hidden 10% service fee into your invoice, yu can ask for it to be removed and then tip accordinly.

Cabo San Lucas was nice, but for beach purposes.. Rent a car and go to La Paz, watch the sunsets and those waters, are THE waters to see and swim in in Baja California Sur.
"We came 2 different times this summer. We had a great time and enjoyed all of our experiences. We tried the Riu party during the day-fun! We spent a ton of time in the pool and playing the games. We also went and toured the area from the beach.
Our 19 year old was safe on the property doing his own thing too. We highly recommend Riu for family trips. "

"Proptery is very clean I really loved the relaxed vibes .My partner has a gluten dairy allergy every where we ate made sure she was treated really and food was safe. All the resort I’ve stayed at wants you to invest in time share I don’t mind them offering but there all to aggressive which is something they all need to think about le blanc wasn’t to bad but still tried twice while I was there after I said no the first day .Dress code make sure you pack pants couple restraunts require they didn’t enforce long sleeves "
