Quivera steakhouse was delicious and staff was very attentive and professional. I would definitely go back! The only negative was on our last day our waiter at the pool was not attentive or friendly, and we had to flag him down numerous times to order food or drinks. It wasn’t busy either so not sure what hmthe issue was. It wasn’t just us having experienced this. All other staff were amazing"

"Property is in very good shape, very clean and modern rooms, pool and other places staff are friendly and efficient. Kid friendly hotel. For an all inclusive resort I always look for a Hard Rock property, the only bad thing at Los Cabos location, now they don't serve natural juices :("

"Beautiful resort but room was extremely beat up and not cleaned well upon entering also balcony door lock was broken and had to be replaced and also AC stopped working several times. Food was mediocre. VIP lounge was nice. Up charges for certain things are over kill with already paying for “all inclusive” staff was great. "
