"Rooms are outdated. We had to get our room changed because the a/c was extremely loud and maintenance came to fix it twice but it kept breaking. The second room had a leak from the a/c and i had to call maintenance again. When i came back to the room, the staff had left a towel on the floor where the puddle was and a dead roach next to it. The plus side of this resort is that they do have a lot of pools and restaurants with good food."
