"We loved our room. The pool staff were very busy and it took a long time to get our drinks. We tipped them really good. We were with a big group. The last night we were moved out of the restaurant fast because they wanted to seat other guests. We didn’t get dessert. There were creepy locals that said totally inappropriate things and others that were demanding we buy items from them. Some of the staff were amazing. Most of the equipment in the gym was broken. The massages were over priced. We had a good time going into town and hanging by the pool. The tacos at breakfast were delicious. Others in our group had issues with security and room service. We didn’t have those issues and loved our room. We would probably not stay there again because we like swim up bars, more food options, and more of a nightlife."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great and we were even given a room upgrade upon check in. The only down sides were that the elevator button was broken on our floor, so we had to wait for someone taking the elevator up, in order to go down to the lobby. Our handheld shower also didnt work and the jets in one of the poolside jacuzzis also did not seem to be working. Overall the property felt clean and well maintained minus the few minor things mentioned above. Food was incredible!! So many options, and the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs every day."

"Sandos is a beautiful all-inclusive property with a warm, welcoming staff that goes above and beyond to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Pros: incomparable views of botht the Pacific and Marina, ideal proximity to downtown and the Marina, great rooms, welcoming staff. Cons: food is not gourmet, with the exception of breakfasts, lacking in variety and flavor, room service takes upward of 45 minutes, lines at breakfast get pretty long, my tv did not work properly. Overall, a good value for a great location and facility!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Stay at Paradisus Los Cabos We had an amazing experience at Paradisus Los Cabos! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The resort is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere made our vacation truly special. A special thank you to Katrina for her outstanding hospitality and kindness throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference in our experience. We also want to recognize Francisco, the bartender, for making some of the best drinks we had during our trip. Every cocktail was crafted perfectly, and his friendly personality made every visit to the bar enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to the lovely lady at the Asian restaurant, whose warm service and welcoming smile made our dining experience even more memorable. We would also like to thank all the staff at Wild Canyon for an exciting and fun adventure. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made us feel safe while ensuring we had an incredible time. Thank you to everyone who helped make our vacation so memorable. We can’t wait to return and create more wonderful memories at Paradisus Los Cabos! ❤️ Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
