"Gracia was amazing at check in and always checked on us to make sure we had excellent service. We had one minor issue with the hot water and she made sure she took care of us. We come here at least 3 times a year because of the friendliness and excellent service we always receive. Cristian at the pool activity’s remembers my kids by name every time we come, Fernando at the pool always asks us how are stay is and very attentive and Alan is an excellent server at the pool always makes us feel at home. Jesus and David at the market always remembers us too and we feel welcomed every time we come. "

"We had a great time. The food was pretty good we only had a bad experience at the steakhouse. All other food was very good! The resort was super clean and the workers were all so kind. The party rooms were very loud if you didn’t go to the party or left early. The area around the hotel was safe and we made a couple fun trips to the marina! Would go back again. "
