The staff and facilities are great, super nice place to visit. The rooms were fantastic, and very well decorated. The food was mostly what you’d expect from an all-inclusive resort; in other words, it left something to be desired, but not to the point where it hurt the trip. Would absolutely go again!

The Secrets resort was wonderful. We had a room on the third floor overlooking the beach. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay wonderful. The food at the restaurant was very good, the best of any all inclusive we have every been to.

The property and staff are awesome, and the food is delicious and plentiful and available 24hrs. Paying for the preferred suites is worth it, as you will have access to all amenities; it will be money well-spent. When ordering from one of the many bars, make sure you ask for the "ojo rojo" (red eye, a mild-spicy beer-based mix), they can make anything you ask. You must consider it is a desertic weather, so consider taking proper care of your skin; you may not feel it while swimming at the pool, and also be aware of mosquitoes. The spa (hydromassage) was a bit of a disappointment as it is outdoors (under the desert sun), so it was hard to enjoy it.
