"Excellent hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Rooftop pool was great and heated, with a fantastic view. There were 5 in our party and we had 3 connecting rooms which worked out great. Rooms are nice with comfortable beds, nice bathroom, and rooms with kitchen are modern and well designed. Hotel has electric bikes to borrow which was also nice. Located next to a busy street, so our room was a little noisy. Hotel restaurant was very good, but was closed part of our stay despite being listed as open. There is quick access out to Plaza Mijares, but that was also closed part of our stay, which requires a long walk around the block to reach the plaza. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Muchas gracias! "

The architecture and layout of the hotel are stunning, with a design that constantly makes you feel as though you’re in a private, secluded retreat. The spa is, without question, the most incredible spa I’ve ever experienced, paired with consistently outstanding service throughout the property. The constant concierge presence made everything effortless. The beaches are beautiful and very private, with striking rock formations that make the setting feel truly special. There are also thoughtful, memorable details throughout the experience—some of my favorites were delightful surprises I won’t spoil here. Simply put, this hotel sets a new standard. Truly unforgettable."
