"I been to so many resorts in Cancun this by far was not the greatest overall amenities for kids is great but the staff was not the friendliest, also by the pool area they don't come to clean often and birds come by and start grabbing the food, the beach was very brown and the smell outside was very strong like sewage. While in the buffet we encounter at least 3 cooks who were very rude by the south side pizza station not polite at all and the bartender by the italian restaurant ignoring us constantly but if you wanna just enjoy kids ameneties its a must just dont expect a great service here. also if your coming pls book restaurant reservations before coming to the resort like 3 weeks prior so you can have a good timing otherwise you will have dinner at 9.45 pm NO JOKe "

"The property is a worn out. Washroom was dirty.. The bed was comfy and the staff were bery friendly. But for the rate you expect a bit more. The choices for their breakfast is also mediocre.. fresh fruits, yogurts should be stored/displayed with ice underneath. Some food handling concerns right there. It shouldn’t be under room temperature. Bacteria can grow. "

"Place is gigantic. Not big, gigantic. Property is well maintained. Waterpark, pools, bowling alley, and mini golf all a hit with the kids. The food for being an inclusive was pretty good. Only bad meal was the grand buffet for dinner. However, their breakfast is excellent. Beach is terrible. It’s so bad you don’t even want to go on at all. We were there for five days and did not spend any time on the beach and we are beach people. Also I felt it was understaffed. Could be because of the size or because of the week we were there. "

"The swim out room was amazing, the housekeeping was beyond amazing! We were the romance package and felt treated a little less then because we weren’t the serenity package. Despite paying good amount of money. The romance dinner was not good and needs revamping. I do highly recommend the resort despite some communication and treatment issues. The bar staff, buffet staff and the restaurant staff were amazing. Highly recommend the Asian fusion restaurant hands down the best restaurant. Frank at the spa, mescal and the swim up circle bar and lobby bar staff was incredible. "

"The stay was okay overall, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The food was decent, but the resort should add more Indian and vegetarian options. The biggest issue was the front desk service—it was very poor. There was no iron or steamer available in Building 11, and despite calling many times, there was no response. When we finally reached them, they said they didn’t have one for us, which was very disappointing."
