Overall it was pretty good stay, food and amenities are great and friendly staffs.

This is my family's favorite getaway! The resort is consistently impeccable in every way, from the food and cleanliness to the 5-star service! It's the best value resort, bar none!

The hotel is way to new and not all amenities are fully active like spa, night club, restaurant, day shows.staff is extremely polite and professional made me and my wife feel like royalty.whish Expedia could’ve advise not too book here due to this matter.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The resort itself was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The only minor drawback was a check-in process. The staff member who assisted us wasn’t the most professional and we didn’t receive all the information we needed for example the shuttle bus schedule, and clarity on the distance from the resort to Playa del Carmen center. Thankfully, the rest of our stay was excellent and the checkout experience was much better overall we had a great time.

Beautiful rooms and great service! There is no need to even leave the resort. we got the deluxe and it was awesome. One thing that has nothing to do with hotel is excursions! don't waste time but this resort has everything and can point you in the right direction if you want to do anything else. I suggest isla mujeres or cozumel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property itself is beautiful, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff—especially the management team. A special shout-out to Carson at the Preferred Club (24th floor), who went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Carson was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive, making me feel truly welcomed and cared for. Thanks to the outstanding service and warm hospitality, this has become one of my favorite places to stay. Highly recommended!
