No night activities, minimal shows or entertainment at night. I wish the food menu in the restaurants would have more variety to choose from. If I would stay another night, I would run out of the food choices. Staff was very helpful and amazing.

Very high end for an all inclusive. Food is really great. Resort has an easy and accessible layout. The Palace Resort member folks are a bit much, buy otherwise everything is great. Just say no to their breakfast invitation.

Me encantó el servicio, todo el personal fue muy atento en todo momento. Las habitaciones son muy lindas y siempre se mantienen limpias y organizadas, lo cual se aprecia muchísimo. El ambiente es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Además, el lugar está bien equipado y cómodo. Sin duda, una excelente experiencia y lo recomendaría.

The room was spotless, food was top tier especially the Japanese food, the staff was my favorite especially the guy who works in the cafe giving us teas and ice cream at night, loved every part of our stay!

The staff was super nice. Food not so great a lot of food items were frozen. The rooms looked nothing like what was posted online. Cracked tub, leaking sink, and the white towels and robes off white color.

The resort is beautiful and clean. My biggest complaint was the CONSTANT knocking on my door. I wanted a weekend of privacy. It was a constant onslaught of knocking over and over, day after day. Regardless of whether the "Do Not Disturb" placard was on the outside of the door. The knocks were violent and impossible to ignore. I was twice in the middle of using the restroom. Once was interrupted mid shower. Three times was sound asleep. Not to mention the other interruptions during personal intimate times. This is absurd. Just one example because I just don't want to waste any more time on this ridiculous practice the resort adheres to... The morning of check out we had a bellman scheduled to arrive at 10:45am to take our bags down. At 8:45am while enjoying the last few moments that I will see my girlfriend for the next two months, room service proceeds to knock on the door to see if we have checked out yet. Seriously guys? I am on YOUR schedule to have my bags brought down at 10:45am. Can you make this make sense to me? What would I do with my bags? Leave them for the bellman? Wait in the lobby for 2 hours instead of the comfort of my room? Go for a swim? Please help me understand the logistics of this... Oh BTW the bellman never showed. We waited around 10 minutes and had to leave; we had transportation lined up and still needed to check out. I will not stay at the property again.
