It had been more than ten years since my previous stay here, yet I was just as impressed as ever. The rooms are beautiful and impeccably maintained, the food is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance of elegance, relaxation, and authenticity that I look for in a beach resort. This hotel continues to deliver an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cancún. I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

The hotel just delivers. A pool that looks like Versace’s pool not so deep but just right. Restaurants that have amazing food and service that is at times is impeccable and so difficult to find these days. This hotel is all and more in all categories, food, drinks, service and location. Amazing place.

Good not great. The food was overall high quality, but it did get slightly old after a few breakfasts/lunches. The rooms have evidence that they once were top-of-the-line but have since fallen out of vogue. Not an unenjoyable stay, but there are far better resorts to spend your vacation at. We did have some phenomenal service at the restaurants and bars, with Pablo at the Mediterranean restaurant being a specific bright spot.
