Mexico Beach Holidays

👍👌

It has a nice beach, but the food is not good, the employees are not friendly. You can't make reservations at restaurants. They tell you that at 9:00am when you want to book it says that there is no more availability We stayed 4 nights and we couldn't have dinner at the restaurants you need to book.

Had a great time Pedro front desk was great.Alan and Cristian at pool bar great service.

This property is spotless and workers clean it endlessly. Elderly and disabled people are well served and many were seen enjoying the hotel. Many kind workers!

Typical AI, time share sales pitch to start. Once that’s out of the way there is a main pool for the boisterous crowd, two side pools for less chaos and a preferred club member pool. Lots of restaurants and other areas to spread out to. It’s mid-range in noise, so probably not a good fit if you want a 24/7 party resort, and not great for those who only want peace and quiet.

Fanstastic customer service. Incredibly friendly staff. The beach was cleaned throughout the trip of any sargassum. The rooms and hallways need an upgrade but the rest of the resort was nice. Food was good! Had a great time and got to explore some other beaches nearby.
