Very nice place with great staff

The hotel, food, and property were great. Both restaurant managers were excellent. The only problem we had was the high pressure sales that continued throughout the whole vacation. At first it was the vacation club and then it continued with tours, shows etc. there was just too much pressure and pushy people. We will go back but will try a different hotel.

Food was great, staff were absolutely lovely - what ruined my experience was the entitled Americans who felt as though they owned the place. I feel so bad for these resort staff!!

This resort was beautiful, very clean, the food was amazing -the daily fresh taco stand during lunch was a huge highlight. All of the staff were very helpful welcoming and so kind. We loved the restaurants and variety of options available, room service was quick and our rooms were always clean and maintained sometimes even twice a day. I will mention most people ate dinner around 7pm so depending on which restaurant you choose you could wait 30+ minutes for a table because they don’t do reservations for most à la cartes. The resort itself has an interesting layout, it feels more like a fancy modern hotel and less tropical than I expected. The pools are oddly shaped and don’t connect conveniently to access the pool bar/main pool. It also is only mid chest deep for reference I’m 5”4. My fiancé and I really enjoy swimming so this was a miss for us. We also felt like there could have been more lively music to keep the vibes up as it was very quiet overall especially when the entertainment staff weren’t scheduled for an activity but maybe this adults only is going for a more relaxing feel, so I would recommend if that’s what you enjoy and are looking for. Most guests were lounging and reading all day most days. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the service from all staff was a real stand out for us and made our time there very enjoyable. If we did revisit it would be because of the service provided. Shout out to Santiago x2 + the bar runners.

Room was ready after 3 no welcome drink and very rude to me

Beautiful property, and very large with a good assortment of restaurants. Enjoyed our swim up room. Food was good. Staff friendly. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are recently upgraded.

Family friendly. Staff was amazing. Food was delicious. Drinks on point. Clean room. No hidden fees. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay . The place was clean . Nice pool and in my opinion they have one of the best beaches in hotel zone . Beachscape is a nice location . Family friendly . Everyone was nice . Our room was basic but we have everything we need . I will recommend it to my friends and family .
