Mexico All inclusive Holidays

Few minor things, Our Kleenex wasn’t restocked when the room was cleaned. The toilet pressure wasn’t very good and the sink didn’t drain well. We had a jacuzzi on our balcony that didn’t work, it wouldn’t hold water at all and kept draining. The staff were great, and the hotel overall was fun and it was a nice place to stay. The drinks were were typical for an all inclusive and the food was good in some a la cartes, and decent at the buffet.

This is my family's favorite getaway! The resort is consistently impeccable in every way, from the food and cleanliness to the 5-star service! It's the best value resort, bar none!

The room was great; the staff were absolutely all professional and helpful, the food was excellent. Overall, a great place to enjoy your vacation at.

The hotel in general was good, but as it was undergoing repairs, some areas were closed and you could feel noise some times. I cannot speak about the pools, because we did not go. The buffet was great, specially the paellas made by Chef Eladio, you cannot miss them. We loved the Italian restaurant as well, not so much La Vaqueria and Le Fleur. Our spa experience was excellent, and I would recommend you to look for Rosario to guide you and treat you too. I think that when the repairs are over, the hotel will be an excellent choice for a holiday.

Views were amazing, service was spectacular. Restaurants were ok but a shout out goes to the Japanese restaurant, probably the best with food and service.

Clean rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Staffs were friendly. Beach was clean. Overall we enjoyed this hotel very much.
