Overall great start! Family friendly, great food and drinks! Oscar was always pleasant and accommodating during the breakfast and lunch buffet! Would have been better off we could make reservations sooner than the day of food the two restaurants.

Overall, the property is dated. Pool tiles where coming off, experienced shower leaks flooding the room for 2 days, rude dinner waiter, and food selections could be fresh. . However, the pool wait staff where wodnerful and friendly.

Was greeted by bell boys handing out cold rags which wash refreshing in the heat. Reception to check in is small compared to other properties we’ve stayed so there was a little wait. They did provide complimentary drinks while waiting. The male receptionist checking us in was not very friendly. No smiles and cutting us off mid sentence when we asked questions . The property also looks a little dated , some palm trees but a lot of shrubs and lame water fall ponds that looked unappealing and old . I do give the good 5 stars!! The 7 restaurants on site were all delicious and the breakfast buffet was ok. Wish they had more non pork breakfast meats.
