"I like is a good hotel clean the staff is friendly the beach gaviota azul is the best, one thing wrong will be the the handle to control the hot water and cool,I just have breakfast and is good I eat outside the hotel but is worth to buy the all inclusive if not the restaurants are expensive"

"We stayed at this resort for 9 nights 4/9-4/18/26. The check in process was painfully slow and the front staff were not friendly. Upgraded to premium level which was not worth it. Room had no air conditioning and staff was not accommodating. Room was dirty and very outdated. Food at breakfast and lunch was poor and dinners were terrible. Spa was overpriced and massage was probably the worst massage I've had. Expedia only allows a short review but I would not recommend this resort to anyone. "
