Had a great time here end of august for 12 nights. Staff were great, very attentive and most do their utmost to help. Drinks were good, they will try and make any cocktail you want. Food was OK, nothing special, we found the barefoot grill to be useful during the day, burgers, wings, hotdogs etc. Hotel is clean and tidy, but needs a lick of paint in a few places. Our main issue is how far from anywhere this resort is and taxis are expensive. Looking at £15 for a 10 min trip to Puerto Morelos,...

This is our second stay at this resort and we found it to be just as good as the first time around. The hotel is ideally located just a 10 minute (MXN 140) taxi ride away from the main 5th avenue in Playa del Carmen, or about an hour walk along the beach (highly recommended). This time we stayed in the Adults Only section of the resort and this provided an exclusive restaurant for breakfast and lunches. The food was varied and staff were great.

🌴 🌴 We had such a great experience — from the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and family-oriented. The kids' pool was a big hit with my son, and the ice cream shop was his favourite treat every afternoon 🍦😊. The food was amazing, with a great variety and delicious flavours every day. A special thank you to the Family Club team — Víctor, Araceli, Elizabeth, Isaac, and Remigio — all of whom were incredibly attentive and kind. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home....

All the restaurants were fantastic, except for the steak restaurant which was a let down. I may just have very high standards though. Highly recommend the Zen restaurant - and Gerardo for the Teppanyaki. Only other slight negative was that air con in the main hotel areas was not as cold as I would have liked so I found meals quite uncomfortable. Absolutely great in our room though so think it was a sustainability thing. Kids club and inflatable on pool was amazing, drinks lovely. Was...

Lovely hotel which was very clean and in a fantastic location by the beach. A special mention to Graciela at the coffee shop and Daniel who seemed to work many different jobs, all with a smile. I recommend this hotel as it was great for my family. We went during low season so the restaurants weren’t always open and there wasn’t shows every day. Saying that, the Aladin show and the fire show were amazing and so were the activities put on by the entertainment staff. For vegans, there is plenty of...

We absolutely loved this hotel. The resort is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The beach is cleaned of seaweed daily. We especially enjoyed the hotels al a carte restaurants. The kids enjoyed the waterpark. The room was lovely, although it didn't have enough storage in the room for a family of four, meaning we had to leave a lot of our clothes in the suitcase. Unfortunately the cenote and some of the resorts other attractions were closed, which we were not informed of...
