This had very clean rooms, and the entire property was. However, it does need a little updating and that did not distract from the time we had. It was right on the beach, which was amazing. And having free cabana use at poolside and on the beach was another positive. The food I would probably give a four out of five. They needed more variety and snack bar type food. Which was missing. I like the fact that it was adults only and the resort was only approximately 40% full at the time we visited in September. Which made it very easy to dine and find places to sit anywhere outside in shade or sun.

What an experience. At first, the resort seemed a bit smaller than some other all-inclusive properties, but it quickly became clear that the focus was on quality over quantity. Each amenity felt thoughtfully designed and well executed. The oceanfront suite was excellent, and the staff was consistently courteous, attentive, and helpful. The standout feature was the food. Every dining experience seemed better than the last. Highlights included the Mexican restaurant, Japanese hibachi, sports bar, Pier Twelve and the Italian restaurant. The buffet offered a great variety of options, and the coffee bar was a favorite, especially the coconut latte. The handmade ravioli stuffed with Italian cheese in walnut sauce was particularly memorable. One thing to keep in mind is that guests may be invited to visit another property and attend a presentation. While there may be incentives offered, the presentation can take a significant amount of time and may not align with everyone's vacation plans, and may want to avoid a hard-sell by the sales team. Overall, this resort provided an outstanding experience with excellent accommodations, service, and dining. It is a destination that would be easy to recommend to others seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
