Bar closes at 11, a lot of remodeling being done at the moment.

My “average” rating is mainly due to two specific situations we experienced during our stay. 1. We requested three times that a “Happy Birthday” sign be placed in the room, as we were celebrating our daughter’s birthday. Each time we were told it would be done “right away,” but it was never placed. 2. Due to our reservation and being Expedia VIP members, we were told we would receive an amenity the day after our arrival. This amenity never arrived, even after mentioning it to the hotel staff. Overall, we found the hotel to be good: the facilities were clean, the food was nice, and the room was comfortable. However, these two issues did affect our experience, especially because we felt they were not given importance since it was a celebration for a young child.

Accomodations were great. The Conceirge, Tony was AMAZING...all of the staff were great...the food was mediocre in my opinion but other than that, I would definitely go again. The time share presentation was amazing although I didn't purchased but the gifts were nice!

Nice place, very cleans and good foods

9.5/10 experience. Great staff and amenities. Room was clean and a/c was ice cold. Nice beach, great pools. Food was mostly great. Only things that I don’t like was the amount of pigeons all over the tables in the outdoor cafe are during breakfast and the food at the steakhouse was subpar. Everything else was great.
