We loved the resort. I wish the food had a bit more flavor. And not so Americanized food.

Jacqueline and Frida were wonderful helping me with whatever I needed.

First, I want to recognize the bartenders at the main pool bar. They are outstanding bartenders and genuinely kind individuals. They truly care about guests and go above and beyond to make your experience at the Royal Sands memorable. They deserve a raise or promotion. However, I was very disappointed with the persistent attempts to get me to attend your 90-minute presentation for your club or membership. One day, I received a call in my room, and when I didn’t answer, someone knocked on my door while my wife was trying to rest. Later, I was approached again in the pool, even after I had already declined. About an hour later, yet another person came over to speak with me while I was relaxing poolside, followed by a text message to my phone. And this was just one of the seven days of my stay. Is this level of persistence really necessary?

Everything is perfect

Room was not as clean as i expected. But conciege gave complimentary spa for the inconvience. It was my bday and they showed love....lol. Other then that pools jis close to early and beach had to much seaweed

Good variety food. The restaurants are really good. The pools are clean , however you can not use all the chairs around, some of them you need to pay.

The hotel was amazing!! Staff was amazing! Food was amazing. I highly recommend

Overall its was amazing experience. From Welcoming the guests to say goodbye to them is unforgettable. Many food options. And service is great at every restaurant. Environment is so peaceful, romantic and full of fun. Views are breathtaking. Lots and lots of drinking options. Room service is on top. Will visit again. Thank you for the extraordinary experience.
