Mexico and Central America Fishing Holidays

The staff was just business, not friendly, we had to ask all the questions related to our stay, we arrived early, understanding our room was not or would not be ready, the one lady at the bakery was rude. the Room was ok, nice view, however the bath/shower was a disaster, the rim around the bath tub has no “Lou” “buffer” so she the shower is on the water runs along the edge and on the bathroom floor causing flooding. NO it’s not because the shower curtain was open! Pretty and nice does always mean practical!. The outside bar next to the pool closes at 6, seriously! They took our food and moved it inside. We will not be returning, we’ll take our chances with another Hotel/resort. My wife used the spa/massage, the massage was good, but the therapist was just too talkative, when you go for “serenity” that is what you should expect some people like talkative, we wanted serenity and didn’t get it.

Everything was absolutely perfect, but the rooms are different in sizes and amenities, but still very clean and every day cleaned.

Isabel cleaned our room beautifully and was super professional. We loved Carlos at the main pool, excellent service! The hotel does need to add a lot more fans around the dining areas and the adult pool is extremely hot, may be because the tile is black.. just not a refreshing splash.
