This hotel is the best hotel I’ve stayed at by a long way. The accommodation is beautifully simple but amazingly comfortable. The staff are super helpful and lovely and the food selection is amazing. If you’re thinking of going to Riviera Maya you should definitely consider this hotel.

Amazing experience, wonderful helpful and friendly staff make you constantly feel welcome.

Great staff, great rooms - just all round amazing.

Our first visit to Mexico and we thought we would try a trusted hotel chain. We were not disappointed. For those wanting great weather, pampering, a dose of nature and a good beach, the Banyan tree is the answer. The walk to the beach from the main hotel could be a little daunting for some, but we did it a coupe of times a day and really enjoyed the wonderful wildlife in the lagoons. Staff were brilliant if a little over attentive sometime due to low occupancy. Downsides - beach had a little...

Huge property and the cheaper Zen section is actually the nicest, at least in term of the public areas. Service was outstanding, utterly faultless and the food was gourmet level and way above what you'd expect of an all-inclusive. Great location just a 5 minute taxi ride from Playa Del Carmen. Highly recommended.

The hotel is lovely, it was quite quiet when I was there which was nice and they let me have a late checkout. The cabin was lovely with 3 double beds in it (was quite expensive though for off season). The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, the only thing was the hot water only lasted for about a minute then it was gone which is not great when washing your hair and the showerhead was not the greatest. The staff were absolutely lovely.

Loved this hotel, as seasoned travellers on Yucutan peninsula this really was the Best service, food and room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and bright, the decor modern and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Will definitely book again - recommend!

Beautiful luxury resort in Playa Del Carmen. The property is extremely well-maintained with modern amenities, and the staff were very polite and helpful. This was our first-time staying at an all-inclusive resort, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of food and drinks available at each of the restaurants. A favourite was the Aromas cafe, which had amazing iced coffees and ice-cream! We opted for a suite with a hot tub, which was excellent. As it was our honeymoon, the...

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were very nice and good range of food choices with very good quality with great service from the top quality staff. Room was great with own bar and water etc housekeeping was little hit and miss some days but I easily sorted. Beware you will have to experience the usual sales team trying to get you to sign up to various memberships. We knew what we were getting into with the presentation but you do get resort credits which was great for the...
