This was an ok resort the staff needs more training on helping families with navigating through the resort. We didn’t find out much until it was our last night there. All in all it’s a ok resort just need better information. Not a lot of restaurant options either they tell you need reservations but they also don’t make reservations.

The room I paid for didn't meet even the minimum standards, and the staff couldn't fix the issues—there was no water, no coffee, and no internet. They offered a complimentary bottle of wine but didn't provide glasses or a corkscrew. When I booked my package, it promised a beach view, but at check-in, I was told none were available unless I upgraded to a more expensive package. I rented one of your most expensive accommodations—supposedly with a beach view—only to get a view of seaweed; the private pool was dirty and full of trash, and all they did was dump an excessive amount of chlorine into it! and the room looks old and bad maintained

This was my first all-inclusive resort experience, and it exceeded my expectations! The hotel was clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.
A special shoutout to Adriana and Edin, who were amazing and made the bar experience even better, and to Andrei for his excellent service during checkout. The Staff’s friendliness and professionalism truly made a difference!
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable all-inclusive vacation. I would happily come back again!
