"Price way too high and view was terrible."

"They charge for every little things. $25 for using a room coffee machine. If you open the room refrigerator and arrange bottle/can positions, they charge you $20. You cannot bring your own items and store in the refrigerator!"

"The hotel was beautiful, from the entrance to the lobby to the casino to the overall theme. Beautiful design and decorations. The view from the room overlooking the pool, the “Eiffel Tower” and the strip. I’d stay here again and again!"

"Overall the Bellagio was nice, but we paid extra for a fountain view room and were really disappointed. We were on the 7th floor and could barely see the fountains — mostly just rooftop with a tiny view of the water. Definitely not worth the extra cost for the “view.” Also, the inside of the mini-fridge where guests can store their own drinks/snacks was dirty when we arrived, which was disappointing for a hotel at this price point."

"Stayed at the Horseshoe Las Vegas recently. Overall it was fine, but there were a few issues. There was a random piece of food left on the floor in our room when we arrived, which wasn’t a great first impression. The biggest downside for us was the smoking, the hotel/casino smell of cigarettes was very strong throughout and ended up irritating our eyes and throat, so we found it hard to spend long periods inside. The location was convenient and the room itself was okay, but next time I’d probably do a bit more research and choose a non-smoking hotel instead."
