I didn't like the mandatory daily urban charge of $35 applied to my account, which forced me to spend money at the hotel. If you don't buy something they still take the money out of your account."

"We stayed here for 5 nights and loved the convenience of location . So many metro lines around. Also walking distance to most places we wanted to see. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are great too. If you can, get a higher floor as NY is so loud 24/7. "
