"We have stayed at Park Central several times in the past. This stay was very different. We could definitely tell that it had gone downhill. When we arrived, the room did not have cups or glasses to fix a drink, no coffee maker, or trash can. The lock to the bathroom door was broke and there was a leak in the shower faucet. However, staff was very friendly and apologized. You can tell it’s under new management."

"This room was the perfect location for seeing a broadway show. Also very close to Times Square. Only thing I wish they had in the room was a mini fridge. There was no way to keep anything cold."

"Nice property but needs some improvements. I've stayed here 3 time so it'sa good hotel. Very convenient to Penn Station. The shower had a mind of its own. You will not have a consistent water temp and it will go from warm to cold to burning hot. Towels are like sandpaper. The toilet paper is ridiculous. I think the hotel challenged the toilet paper company to give them the thinnest t.p. in the world. You're definitely not saving money with the amount of t.p. that is needed because it's worse than paper thin. Fast elevators and friendly staff."

"Not enough reception staff always long queues day and night when needed speak to somebody and check in/out. During 5 day stay no lift access to lobby, had to walk down to next floor to access lift."

"The hotel was a nice and clean the bar attached to the hotel could have stayed open but it was closed most of the time we were there. The rooms were nice and cleaned but the furniture could be upgraded the desk had broken drawers. "

"Didn't use amenities however the room was dirty! The shower did not drain so we stood ankle deep in dirty water while trying to shower. The room just looked dirty. Smudges on the wall, dust in the corners, hand prints all over the door....."
