A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here...

My wife and I stayed here mid september. The location is excellent. 50 metres from 49th st metro station and a 5 minute walk to Times Square. Upon arrival we were met at the steps by a bus boy who carried our luggage to the check-in desk. We were quickly booked in and given a studio apartment on the 12th floor. This is a really lovely place to stay, it’s just slightly away from all the hustle and bustle of the centre yet close enough to easily walk to the centre and the park. The staff were lovely, they had a very laid back attitude to the residents which was nice as it made you feel relaxed and at home. They would go out of their way to help you in any way. I cannot fault the place, the apartment was fully equipped making it so easy to cook ‘at home’. I would definitely stay there again!

This accommodation was a great value budget room. Staff at reception friendly, location was great perfect for our needs. I think I got what I paid for, it is basic hostel style rooms. We had a suite so had private bathroom and kitchen area, I was very glad of this from my peak round the door of the communal bathroom. Our room was clean and well equipped. The only problem we had and I’m afraid a deal breaker for me is the hot water, or lack of! I’d read in other reviews it was a bit hit and miss....

Really good little property in a great location if you want to stay in the East Village. The kitchen was handy, bed comfortable, suprisingly very quiet even facing onto 1st Ave. Was also very easy to get in contact with staff there even without any present on site. Just be aware there is no lift, however this was not a problem for me.

It's a great place to visit a different part of New York from Manhattan. Excellent staff. A bit of a walk to the subway, but that's part of the charm of the location.
