"If you use hairspray or steamer in the room there’s a good chance you wake up to notice that you’re being charged $500 for “vaping” in the room. I don’t own a vape and had this happen. Staff at front said this has been a huge problem affecting tons of guests on the daily."

"The stay itself was less than average. Too be frank, the rooms look like the 70s came to die there, and they tried to modernize it a little wirh some decor. My shower drain was completely clogged, which was fixed very quickly after calling front desk, however, it smelled like feces, and the shower was just gross and stained with mold/hard water, it just made my whole stay feel contaminated and gross. Since the clog was reported within 15 minutes of my check in, I was surprised that they didnt offer me a different room. I ended up buying a bottle of clorox spray cleaner to atleast mitigate some of the bacteria from whatever was removed from the drain. The towels were clean, but smelled very stale and unfresh. The door staff/porters were lovely, so friendly and helpful, especially Patrick. All in all, the staff was friendly and helpful. However based on the quality/cleanliness of the establishment, I will never stay there again."
