"Room was HORRIBLE! the curtain was taped to the wall, it fell as soon as it was touched and I asked to extend my stay but get another room since the one I was in was BADD! I was charged 570 for “smoking” when I have asthma and can’t physically even smoke. They won’t answer my calls, I’ve been trying to contact the facility but nothing."

"Ice machine was by the lobby, and one of the elevators were down, but they allowed usage of the 2 service elevators on the end of each hallway to make up for it. I was only there for 2 nights but it was comfy. The rooms were very warm but the windows open and it balanced. "

"Excellent hotel. Breakfast amazing. So fresh and so much to chose from. Location fantastic. Rooms spacious. 5star all round! Will definitely recommend and stay here again when we return to NYC!"
