We had never been to NYC and expected what we see on TV all the time. From the second we entered the hotel we were treated like royalty. The staff including Bryan, Theodore and Edwin made us feel like we were so appreciated and valued. We will never stay anywhere else in NYC! Great job Michelangelo Hotel!

Convenient location and nice overall experience. Very attentive and friendly staff. There were some broken/non functioning items in our room like the remote control, bathroom heat lamp, and broken vanity fixture, these did not really take away much overall, but did limit to four stars, not five.
