The property location is excellent, so walkable, close to Times Square yet we had plenty of quiet to rest after long days of walking. Staff is helpful, attentive and each member we interacted with was customer service oriented. Bedding is crisp, beds and pillows very comfy, rooms are a decent size per NY standard with closet space and room to move. We didn’t use the health club. Bar is lovely. Based on location, service and comfort, we’d definitely recommend.

We had a gorgeous room, immaculate, lovely comfortable bed and great views of Bryant Park. Huge bathroom for NYC too. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The young Irish girl on reception (sorry we didn’t get your name) was brilliant - just overall such a good stay at the hotel.
