"Everything was fine. But they dont have an elevator. They did notice i needed help and helped get my luggage up and down during check in and out. I prefer not to do a virtual check in. But was pleasantly surprised someone was at desk when i areived. They also allowed me to check in early which truly helped me tremendously because my luggage was broke and that prevented me from moving around. Room looks just like the picture. Once youre in the room it looks like any other hotel except smaller. ...

A more modern upgrade to match the upscale location of the property would be helpful. • Uncomfortable Second Impression: The CARPET IN THE ELEVATOR needs to be changed. "Great location with easy access to local eateries and a short walk to times square. The condition of the room was outdated, with old water stains and a hard bed. Room was small so we were glad we packed light. The airconditioner was a life saver at the end of a long hot day. "
