The water temperature from the sink and the shower are two different temperatures. The shower is always cooler. "There's really only two things a hotel must get right: comfortable beds and hot showers. The shower water is tepid at best. The maintenance personnel stated that they intentionally keeps the hot water turned down to save money! Insane. Also, two (of four) elevators were out of order for two days resulting in long waits for the elevator. We would have been fine taking the stairs but they were locked and our room key would not open them. Stay away!"
