City view was gorgeous. Room is small but was perfect for my wife and I. Bathroom super nice too. My wife loved the accent lighting.

Was an amazing place to stay at. Overall the hotel gives off a very modern feel to it. A wonderful wood scent when you walk in which you can also purchase to take home with you. Rooms were small but efficient for what I needed. The absolute thing that stood out to me though was the staff. Hands down the friendliest staff I’ve dealt with. Said hi all the time, asked how I was. Will be returning there again real soon.

The room was small but comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly. The area felt safe and is centrally located, so its easy to get anywhere from there. It would be nice if they had a mini-fridge in the rooms for drinks and snacks. Overall a nice stay.

We were somewhat disappointed with our stay. During the three night stay, we didn't get our room cleaned once. The window blind was broken. We also asked for our VIP discount at the restaurant and did not get it.

Once we were over the shock of how small the double room was (3 of us in there) we were able to get on with our 5 day trip with ease. The Arlo is a nice place with helpful staff, good coffee shop and bar and a relatively quiet location for Times Sq (10 mins walk).

My family and I had an excellent stay at the Arlo hotel. It’s hip and modern. The staff is friendly and professional. Great location in midtown. Will definitely stay there again!

This is a fantastic choice for a stay in Manhattan. Modern, clean, great in-house restaurant and bar, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend!
