"I have stayed here multiple occasions least 4. The last visit was my worst experience as they could not process my hold via my credit card as their machine was inoperative and the Manager of staff was rude and offered no solutions. The other Staff were pleasant but were inexperienced. The cleaning staff are pleasant but barely speak English. I ordered good from the restaurant on-site food pizza was decent, burger bread was soggy and veggies were not freshest. I visited the complementary breakfast which you cannot take back to your room according to the sign posted before you enter. It has options. There is ample parking access to hwys/ freeways. I used the on-site gym decent clean. Room is clean ."

"I always enjoy staying at this hotel for its convenience. The staff are consistently pleasant and accommodating, especially for a property tucked away in the Bronx. My only suggestion would be to vary the breakfast options a couple of times during the week adding items like omelets would be a great touch 😊"

The check-in process was smooth, and of course, the signature warm cookie was a great touch! My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was perfect for a good night’s rest, and everything was well-maintained. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was—it made it easy to relax and unwind. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby restaurants, shopping, and quick travel into New York City. Parking was easy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt safe and inviting. What really stood out was the customer service—everyone I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"
