"The hotel is very good, especially considering its location in the Bronx. It has very easy access to public transportation, which is a big plus. My only issue was with the room temperature—the room was quite hot, and although the air conditioning was set to 62°F, it did not seem to cool properly. Additionally, I found it unnecessary that guests receive a phone call at 10 a.m. to remind them that check-out is at 11 a.m. Overall, a good stay, but a few small improvements would make it even better."

"The property itself was lovely and very well maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere, which made my stay enjoyable overall. The staff were also professional and accommodating. Unfortunately, my rest was interrupted by children running up and down the hallway and repeatedly banging on my room door. It was disruptive enough that I had to call the front desk to address the situation. While the issue was eventually handled, it did take away from an otherwise peaceful experience. Overall, I would still recommend the hotel for its cleanliness and comfort, but I do hope management takes additional steps to ensure a quieter environment for guests in the future."

"Friday morning, April 10 there was no hot water. I don't know how long it was out, I just know when I tried to take a shower at about 7:30am there was no hot water. I called the front desk and they were unapologetic and said there was an inspection and nothing they could do. I was given no warning, (maybe I could have showered earlier) and told that they would call me when the hot water was restored. I waited about 30 minutes but had to go, so I wiped myself down with a cold wet wash cloth. When I requested compensation they said no and were unsympathetic. I think it's unacceptable when I paid over $300 per night."

"The room was clean, bathroom was updated. The hotel needs a little update, due to customers running into the walls. The staff were very nice and helpful especially “John”."

"Room was horrible. The sliding bathroom door did not work, so using the bathroom with zero privacy was, again, horrible. The temp in the room was 64 degrees. Nothing we did could change it. So I slept in my jacket and PJ's. Dudes loitering in the front entry way. The block is super filthy. The tissue box had 1 used tissue in it. Just nasty. The additional $175 deposit after fully pre-paying is outrageous along with another $5 for incidentals. Smh. Room was the size of a walk in closet. Bed smelled like it was only sprayed with Febreze. The whole experience was awful. Not to mention the loud music blasting in the restaurant that you are forced to walk thru to get to the elevator while people are partying and eating. Just uncomfortable, inconvenient and again, all the guys hanging out in front of the entry way while being in and out and in and out of the restaurant isn't cool. I am a native NY'er and this was just a super wack experience. Never again!"

"The place was dirty. More like a s** house than a hotel!! I have two small children. I could NOT let them sleep here. I walked in and 10 minutes later checked right out! Oh and staff is HORRIBLE."
