"We stayed in a newly renovated room. It was quite lovely! But being in Times Square, the noise in the evenings was very loud. They may need to get different curtains to help muffle the noise. But it was great everywhere else. The luggage guys are great!!"

"The location is amazing being so close to downtown - but on the flip side of that you will have the constant background noise of the city traffic. The room overall was clean and spacious, but we did have an annoying ticking noise in our room all the time. We also did get an "accessible" room which we did not request, which would be fine except that the shower would get the entire bathroom wet. "

"The room was very nice and the staff was overall lovely. The heat in the room did not work properly and my room temp was between 58-78 degrees with setting the thermostat at 70. Plus the heat rattled when one keeping me awake. There is a mini fridge but no microwave to reheat food. No coffee or tea service available in the room. Also, the pool is not easily accessible. "

"Property was under repair. Also, TV did not work peoperly and repairman could not repair it. Finally, on a very warm and humid day, hotel "did not turn on air conditioning"(?) and the room temperature was very uncomfortable. Location of hotel next to Winter Garden Theatre was convenient."

"My favorite place to stay for NYC for an affordable night, but double check that your room has AC. My last stay my room did not which can be uncomfortable "

"The Lombardy is a residential hotel. Therefore all the rooms are different. Some are really nice and others are super dated. Be sure to ask for a modern room! The staff is really lovely. The location can not be beat if you are looking for midtown east convenience. I would absolutely go back! "
