"I arrived to the hotel for a 1 night reservation and the check in process was smooth at the front desk. In the room, the furniture seemed a bit outdated and worn, but it wasn't terrible. My only complaint would be that towards the end of my night, I was having issues with my TV. I called down to the front desk and was told that Maintenence had left for the night so there was nothing that could be done to resolve the issue."

"The hotel room was wonderful. There were a few issues. First in room refriedgerator was not cold. A tech came up and said they fixed it but it barely cooled my drinks. There was no freezer. I purchase some special ice cream for my return trip and asked someone at the front desk to put it in their freezer. When I picked it up the following day with a cooler full of ice, the ice cream was pretty much melted. when I asked the front desk was this put in the freezer, he said, "I dont know I wasnt working that day." Pretty upsetting no one would take acountability and left me rather disappoinited. I would think twice about returning."
