They gave me another room that was in much better shape. I was there for all of one night in two days and the handle to the toilet broke. They were kind enough to give me another room as I was staying for two more nights checking in the third room the paint on the tub was peeling and some furniture and amenities inside the room. We’re missing the stuff management during my stay so I had to stay in the room and I cannot get a refund. They refuse a refund prior to that I had booked this hotel and my flight was canceled. The hotel refused to give me a refund so if you decide to book this hotel, be sure to show up or you will not get your money back. I will not be staying again."
