"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was so small that two people could not walk past the bed at the same time. I wonder if we got this awful room because we used Expedia. The people at the front desk were so very rude. If you happen to get in the wrong line to ask a question, you get a very snide remark in return. We love NYC and visit here every year. We will never stay here again."

"This place was great! The rooms are so big. The pools are heated. Restaurant on-site, arcade, pool slides perfect for family vacations. "
