"Everyone was so nice and so professional. Housekeeping was the absolute best! They even mopped the sidewalk in front of our room and cleaned our room and left clean linens each day!!! We will definitely stay here each time we visit Pigeon Forge. I even bragged to the guy who checked us out!! Loved our stay!!!"

"Dirty, we all got our socks turned black, huge gap under door, Blood on pillow, had to ask for towels and wash cloths. Had to call and call and call to get deposit back,( the deposit was more than I paid for the room and I would have stayed in better hotel if it was noted when I reserved) and the person acted like it was a big ordeal. The short haired lady after check-in was like a telemarketer bugging the stuff out of every guest to join Windham rewards offering to comp stay. 11:30 pm Hotel staff tried to let drunk guests into my room wrong floor. The staff were not the best personalities at check-in the lady with longer bobbed hair laughed when she informed me of the deposit, and it was more than I paid for the room laughed when I asked about when I would get it back. Many others were complaining at the desk when I checked in too. It is a cheap hotel, and my 7th visit was my worse one and last one. "
