"I have stayed at this motel several times in recent years because it is convenient to downtown and it is pretty good for the price. It is still good, if you are okay for a no-frills place to stay. However, lately they have been racking on surprise fees that are not disclosed when you book online. There is now a $10 parking fee per night plus a mysterious $12 "property fee." The desk clerk at the time of check-in could not explain what that fee was for. He speculated that it has something to do...

"This property is being torn down. I made a reservation at a property that was in rubble when I arrived. Closed. Condemned. Dark. I had to drive and find somewhere else to stay. Take their hotel off your search so this doesn’t happen to someone else. "
